The Home Helpers Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver and client schedules utilizing agency software. The Scheduler must be able to build relationships and rapport with caregivers, while keeping shifts scheduled and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. We are looking for a CNA or HHA that also wants to work in the office. This position will include working in the field to cover shifts as needed.  This is a full-time salaried position, you will be required to come to the office 4-5 days with flexible hours, optional one work from home day after training is completed.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain staff schedules on agency software
  • Ensure all clients have the expected caregiver at their scheduled time
  • Coordinate with the care team to ensure the best possible caregiver & client match
  • Quickly find replacement caregivers when regular staff is unavailable (vacations, illness, etc.)
  • Fill in for caregivers when they are unavailable
  • Monitor clock-in/outs to ensure information is updated for correct billing/payroll
  • Communicate with the administrative team to identify hiring needs
  • Attend administrative and staff meetings as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual Preferred
  • Ability to pass an AHCA background screening
  • 2 years of scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment (WellSky Personal Care/ClearCare Experience a plus)
  • Understanding of and respect for client ethics and confidentiality of care, familiarity with HIPAA
  • Comfortable with technology including computer software, emails, and texts
  • Ability to handle stress and remain well organized
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must possess effective communications skills
  • Supervisory experience including employee counseling
  • Prior home care experience
  • Customer service experience a plus

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
